Time to reflect and let your manager about what you want so they can help you take steps toward where you want to go
## How To
1. Reserve a 1:1 meeting for at least 45 minutes
1. Make a copy of this template and share it before the meeting
1. Go through the questions and take notes inline during the meeting

* What are the most important things to discuss today in terms of your career?
* What motivates you to do your best work? What demotivates you from doing it?
* What do you think your top three strengths are?
* What do you enjoy most and least about your current role?
* What are sources of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction do you have with Serverless or Cloud?
* What keeps you at Google overall? What would you not regret leaving behind?
* What opportunities are you looking for in your career? Which ones are you aware of?
## Career Outcomes
* What impact would you like to have in the next year? What skills would you like to develop?
* Would you like to create a Career Personal Development Plan (you're already 1/3 done!)
## Follow-up Questions
* How can I help you get to where you want to go?
* What action items should we take away from this discussion?
* Is there anything else you would like to talk about?
* Do you have feedback about the structured career conversation process?
